Each and every one of our tenancy cleans will provide you with a signed checklist, invoice. and receipt upon completion of the work. Here’s what’s included as part of this service:
Kitchen
The cleaning of all hardtop work surfaces; units, cupboards, drawers, fixtures and shelves, tiles, internal windows, doors, skirting, sink and taps, waste bin, any mirrors, pictures and glass, light fixtures and fittings. Plus the removal of any cobwebs, with kitchen carpets hovered and hard flooring cleaned.
All white goods including dishwasher and oven will be also be cleaned.
Bathroom
The cleaning of the bath and shower, toilet, sink and taps, tiles, mirrors, pictures, glass, extractor fan, light fixtures and fittings, visible pipes and plumbing, internal windows, doors, and skirting, any bathroom units or cupboards with drawers, fixtures and shelves. Cobwebs will be removed, carpets hovered and hard flooring cleaned.
Bedroom
The cleaning of bedroom furniture including mirrors, wall hung pictures and glass, internal windows, doors, and skirting, light fixtures and fittings. Cobwebs will be removed, carpets hovered and hard flooring cleaned.
Living Room
The cleaning of any fixed units, cupboards, drawers, fixtures, and shelves. TV and electronic equipment, furniture, mirrors, wall hung pictures and glass, internal windows, doors, and skirting, light fixtures and fittings. Cobwebs removed, carpets hovered and hard flooring cleaned.
Stairs and Hallways
The cleaning of any fixed units, cupboards, drawers, fixtures, and shelves, hallway furniture, wall hung mirrors and pictures, glass, internal windows, doors, and skirting, light fixtures and fittings. Cobwebs will be removed, carpets hovered and hard flooring cleaned.
Carpets
We use the latest professional products and powerful extraction machines to ensure that your carpets are left as clean and dry as possible. As part of our carpet cleaning process, your carpets will be deodorised and anti-bacterially treated. All cleaning agents used are biodegradable and environmentally friendly.
